New chairman of the board of Hop Growers Union in the Czech Republic

New chairman of the board of Hop Growers Union has been elected. Mr. Lubos Hejda was elected as chairman after a meeting of board this Wednesday. Mr. Hejda substituted previous chairman Mr. Pazler who passed away tragically after a car accident three month ago. Mr. Hejda will be voted up to regular election at the end of 2015. He has been working in hop industry for long time. He originates from family that cultivated hops in the past. Mr. Hejda is co-owner of company CHMEL spol. s.r.o in Pochvalov, Rakovník/Rakonitz district. This is one of the biggest producer of hops in the Czech Republic (140 hectars).
